  • This job consists of the installation of approx. 52,000 ft. of water supply transmission mains, of potable water mains and concentrate lines. Complete with all appurtenances and all associated site work. This project consisted of 16,815 LF of 24” pipe, 950 LF of 20” pipe, 26,709 LF of 16” pipe and 12”, 8” and 6” waterlines. 30”, 20” and 18” Jack and Bores, 16”, 8” and 6” Horizontal Directional Drill. Installation of an Outfall Diffuser Structure with a directional drill under a lagoon and creek into the New River. This work was completed in the City of Jacksonville. There were driveways, parking lots and streets that had concrete and asphalt repairs.

  • Woodlake is a 240 lot subdivision located in southern New Hanover County between Carolina Beach Road and River Rd., Wilmington NC. This project was a well calculated and extraordinary dewatering and mass excavation process that enabled us to lay gravity sewer on grade. Our worksite was in the middle of a natural aquifer so the dewatering process was a task in itself to be able to make a dry work environment. The lift station was installed at approx. 42’ deep and laid 1318 lf 12” gravity sewer in excess of 30’ deep. We installed the gravity sewer and water mains, some offsite force main, manholes, the water and sewer services, storm drain and dug the four ponds on site. We graded the roads for the curb and gutter and for the asphalt sub-contractor. We installed the storm sewer system which included – 1176’ of 18” Concrete Pipe, 2223’ of 24” Concrete Pipe, 168’ 0f 30” Concrete Pipe, 1184’ of 36” Concrete Pipe, 512’ of 42” Concrete Pipe and 617’ of 48” Concrete Pipe, all catch basins, yard inlets and flared end sections.
